There are so many pages in this tiny notebook that you get them at a great value.You can use them with wild abandon and very little concern for cost. Hang some up for yourself, give them to family and to friends.Leave them for strangers in commonly used places in lieu of "pass it on/ pay it forward/ random acts of kindness". Whatever your dogma, it only takes a small light to break the darkness.Little bits of inspirations can make the difference between a bad day and a good day.Yes, the notes are a little difficult to tear out, but I love these. I love leaving these notes for friends, packing them in with lunches for my kids or leave for my husband. Plus they are sticky topped. Very useful for folding it into itself or leaving on car windshields!It gives you an excuse to think about someone else and give them a pick me up in a fun way.I wanted some tear-out sweet notes to put in kids' lunches. I found a lot of "cards" and pictures, often repetitive in one product and on average, 33 pieces, approximately one fourth of the quantity here. I had heard the book was difficult to use. That the sticky note part is a problem. That it would have worked better without theThe binding of this book and the sticky nature of post it notes makes it hard to tear the notes out basically.Imagine trying to pull out a post it note from the middle of its stack, that is bound at the top....And hard cover! What more do people want?! The hard cover folds down sweetly and takes wear nicely. Ours is on the top of our fridge and if I had a nickel for every time it fell or knocked down...not to mention grabbed with sticky hands or gooped on and needed a wet wipe! All while protecting the pages inside that stay firmly, securely attached safe from wear. The colors, variety and whimsy are amazing. Since they do not all fit one genre I am forced to spread the love over a broader group of people. There are so many available for me I have to spread the love over a broader group of people!

These don't stick, and are extremely difficult to peel apart. I was expecting some more "generic" notes (for coworkers, to stick in a thank you note, etc but a lot of them are kind of irrelevant and some are just strange. Disappointed in this. For the cost, it should definitely at least adhere as well as even the generic kind of sticky notes.

Why oh why would this be advertised as a sticky note option when the staples go all the way through the sticky part and you can't even use it unless you take the whole book apart?!!!

I bought this with my jr. high students in mind when we had a "you matter" week. The images and words are cheerful and bright, and it was fun for kids to receive them, stick them on random desks or the wall, etc. I could not use all of them, particularly the ones mentioning wine or happy hour, so it's worth noting that these are for adults. While I did not find them as difficult to tear out as some reviewers, I did tear some while removing them, and a few did not stick well.

Used these for a project at my college for national random acts of kindness week...we left them all around campus for people to see, or gave them out anonymously. I also use them around the house with my bf and his son. I think they're a fun idea anywhere you want to spread a smile.The sticky on them is decent, they stick best on glass or clean smooth surfaces.

You have to flip through them to find appropriate sayings. The last notepad I had, you could just flip to next one and could use in any situation.

But......the sticky notes are very difficult to peel off. I ripped every not I took off. Looked very tacky. I just threw them away after a few days.

It says "sticky notes" but they're not even sticky. I'm really bummed. It's basically a bunch of sayings in a book form.
