This book has some great Cuban recipes.

The recipes are easy to follow and are really good tasting, and my family enjoys how good the food taste!

Beautiful pictures, easy to follow recipes and so delicious!

Library book. No purchase. We have a Cuban in law. I have retired and have taken up, very poorly, cooking. My wife is part Hungarian so I got a Hungarian cookbook. My library had this cookbook, so I brought it home. I have so far made two dishes from it. Have they turned out so good they would fool a Cuban? No way? Has it been fun and alleviated some food boredom in our home? Oh, yes. Fun book, chock full of good recipes. It may be good if you live in a larger city w a significant Latin population, as some of the ingredients may not be available everywhere, but the recipes are not too hard to follow. Even for a neophyte like myself. Buen provecho.
